ABOUT US

Rooted in Strategy.

Driven by Purpose.

Built for Impact.

Founded in 2017 and based in Atlanta, P Three Consulting (P3C) is a boutique marketing and communications firm that helps clients move with clarity, intention, and confidence.

Led by Jennifer Rogers-Givens, a strategist with over two decades of experience, P3C was created to support individuals, mission-driven organizations, and growing teams who are ready to elevate their presence—without losing their voice.

We specialize in strategic planning, brand development, audience insights, event strategy, and community engagement. Our work is grounded in research, creativity, and relationship-building.

Whether you're planning a campaign, launching a new initiative, or seeking tools to operate more efficiently, we offer both strategic consulting and self-serve solutions—like our nonprofit fundraising guide and AI-powered marketing prompt toolkit.

At our core, we’re more than marketers—we’re collaborators, connectors, and advocates for meaningful growth.

Our Founder & Lead Strategist

Jennifer Rogers-Givens is a seasoned marketing strategist, consultant, and storyteller with over 20 years of experience helping brands connect with purpose and impact. As the founder of P Three Consulting, she partners with individuals, nonprofits, and organizations to bring clarity to their messaging, strategy to their goals, and authenticity to their communications.

A proud Atlanta-based entrepreneur, Jennifer built P3C to fill the gap between big agency polish and real-world, community-rooted marketing. Her work spans strategic planning, brand development, multicultural marketing, audience insights, events, and communications strategy—with a special focus on helping mission-aligned teams grow sustainably and confidently.

Jennifer’s approach is grounded in listening, led by research, and refined through experience. She’s worked across corporate, nonprofit, and grassroots sectors and is known for helping clients move from “What are we doing?” to “Let’s go.”

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is a mentor, speaker, and active community leader, serving on boards and supporting initiatives that uplift underrepresented voices. She believes in doing good work with good people—and making it count.
